Our second collaboration with Hone.
The site, previously a stone quarry, accommodates 28 townhouses, arranged in response to the sites quarry legacy.
Large sandstone surfaces are exposed throughout the site, including the Edgar Street frontage, softened by a central lanscaped courtyard that provides access to each of the townhouses and a pedestrain link from Edgar Street to Wells Ave.
