Mosaic

Mosaic presents itself as a perfect fit for this inner city site with three frontages. 
The large volume the building takes up has been intentionally designed to present as smaller siblings, transitioning in height to respond to neighbouring buildings. 
Brick columns in the facade establish a rhythm while also providing enhanced privacy and shade for the apartments that sit behind. Intricate brickwork references the rich local art-deco history, making this building fit perfectly into the local urban fabric.

Having been received with much praise 7 interest by the local community it stands as a test of appreciation that the building sold in one line to a single investor.

In 2024 Mosaic has been a finalist in the UDIA Awards for Excellence in the categories for Apartments (Mid-Rise) as well as Design.
