The site, located on a prominent shopping strip in the inner western Sydney suburb of Marrickville, was acquired as an existing Land & Environment Court approved project. Substantial architectural upgrades were undertaken to realise our shared vision of design excellence.


The result is a high quality residential complex with over-sized apartments featuring generous terraces and premium finishes. Reflecting the shift towards working from home, 50% of apartments feature study nooks and thoughtful layouts to better suit 24/7 living. An expansive 200sqm communal terrace provides additional resident amenity.


The development contributes to beautifying a neglected laneway by giving back a 2-metre wide strip of land. The active street frontage at ground level addresses both Illawarra Road and Marrickville Lane, greatly improving public amenity and safety. Residential levels feature landscaped areas and finely detailed brickwork. The uppermost levels are clad in metal and setback from the street frontage, which serves to reduce the bulk of the building and minimise overshadowing at street level.


Buyer interest was extremely strong during construction with interest expressed and sales completed on multiple apartment purchases and four retail tenancies ahead of the formal sales launch.
