Hone HQ

Located within the Wave development is the new headquarters of our long-standing repeat client, Hone Constructions. Established in Marrickville, Hone Constructions have long been custodians of Sydney's Inner West ensuring the projects they undertake are of the highest quality and positively contribute to the fabric of the community they hold dear.

The Wave development is their latest project with the commercial tenancy located at the centre of the development being Hone's new HQ. 

The brief was to prepare a work space that naturally suited their business needs but also complemented the architecture of the overall development. The space capitalises on the central landscaped courtyard orientating the work space towards the garden at the heart of the development. Soft curves and a layered ground plane reinforce the sinuous nature of the building above.
