Gledswood Hills

Located on a 16.2 ha site in an industrial area just south of a riparian corridor, our project aims to provide a human centric design in a vehicle centric environment. The spaces in this mixed use precinct are designed with place-making in mind, providing a multi dimensional experience with outdoor spaces varying in functionality, size and character across two levels.

To support sustainable development the project has been designed to be able to adapt to future use changes as well integrate extensive landscaping and solar panels for increased energy efficiency. A robust and restrained material palette ensures the buildings' longevity.

The programme includes a mix of uses containing commercial, a supermarket, a function centre, small retail and food & beverage.
