Belmont

Hidden behind a carefully retained and restored industrial facade, Belmont is a boutique collection of over-sized apartments and four luxurious three-level terrace homes in Alexandria. Fusing history and contemporary design, the architecture and interiors have been exquisitely tailored to create a totally bespoke living experience.

Considering the site's former industrial history, the building has been designed with an honest and raw approach to the expression of structure and materiality. The Belmont street facade of the block of terrace houses to the east takes a more playfull approach with windows having a dialogue with the gables of the retained facade. Construction was completed in August 2025.
