Overlooking the Parramatta River and Cabarita Point are two new semi-detached homes located on the waterfront at Gladesville. BMA were engaged by the Jammal family to design two luxury family homes that capitalised on the obvious visual beauty of the property whilst optimising the internal amenity through the trapping of limited daylight on a south sloping property with enhanced privacy and protection from the proximity of neighbouring properties.

Completed in 2017, each home is nestled into the fall of the property with the building form complementing other building forms also occupying the waterfront. The stepped in profile to the waterway ensures most spaces within each dwelling enjoy broad views across the river and neighbouring foreshores.
