MMV is Mark Moran Group's third aged care facility located in Sydney, following the success of their Little Bay and Vaucluse developments.
The site was purchased with an existing residential approval prepared by BMA and we worked closely with the MMG team to repurpose the approval to accommodate the new use. Approval thru a Section 96 process was granted by Ku-ring-gai Council.
The architecture prioritizes residents' physical and mental wellbeing, whilst actively engaging with and contributing to the established native landscape, that is characteristic of Sydney's lower north shore.
