Nestled amongst the leafy suburb of Warrawee is this new aged care facility with a twist; care with a healthy focus on wellness.

Accomodating 105 aged care rooms, the development is housed in two compatible but distinct five storey buildings; where one mimics the surrounding leafy character and presents a lush green façade onto the Pacific Highway, the other opens up to capture the neighbouring dense tree canopies to the rear. Both buildings are bound together by multiple linkages which facilitate resident mobiliity and more importantly encourage social interaction. The space in-between the buildings is transformed into a sheltered sanctuary for residents, filled with garden beds, fruit trees and pockets for meet ups. It draws residents together and serves as an extension to the lounge area.

Featuring a rehabilitation gymnasium, a spa pool, a cinema, a hairdresser and various meet up pockets throughout the development, the architecture prioritizes residents' physical and mental wellbeing.
